12th Edition of the Limpopo Marula festival is a sequel to elevent other festivals since 2006 and every year, the event attracts more and more people from various corners of the country and our SADC partners. Adding to this marvel heritage festival is the picteresque festival destination which is the town of Phalaborwa which abounds tourist fascilities and attractions. And more than this, itlies adjacent to the world renowned Kruger National Park

The Festival of The First Fruit – ‘Ku LumaNguva’/’Go Loma Morula’ – is a heritage phenomenon which is performed by traditional leaders at the beginning of the marula season. It is a heritage practice that precludes any drinking of the marula beverage before traditional leaders have blessed the season.

Marula Golf Draw 2016

These are the golf enthusiasts that will be competing at the Limpopo Marula Festival Golf Challenge on 19 and 20 February 2016. The tournament which is in its 11th year attracts top government officials, successful business people and corporate executives alike. The winners will be announced at the Hans Merensky Marula Hall at 15h30 on the 20th of February.
